Windscreens:
No Returns once checked against scratches, chips, or other damage. If the item is incorrect we will refund the item against the purchase of the correct item.
Rod hire:
We will not accept damaged rods or reels for refund of the deposit.
Body parts are only accepted in exchange for the correct parts if in original packaging and undamaged.
